2. Scope
These terms apply to consumer purchases made on our website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law.
3. Ordering
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it by sending you an Order Confirmation.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if there is a pricing error, stock issue, or failed payment.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are shown in GBP/EUR and include all applicable charges (no VAT is charged as we are not VAT registered).
- Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
- Payment is taken through secure payment providers.
- We may run fraud or security checks before accepting an order.
5. Delivery
- We deliver to the countries shown at checkout.
- Delivery dates are estimates only.
- Risk passes to you once the goods are in your physical possession.
6. Returns & Right to Cancel
- We offer a 30-day return period for most products, extended beyond the UK/EU statutory 14-day cooling-off period.
- To cancel or return, notify us at contact@gavori.co.uk or use the Model Cancellation Form below.
- You must return goods within 30 days of delivery.
- We will refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence of return).
- You are responsible for return costs unless we specifically offer free returns.
Exclusions (non-returnable):
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
- Personalised or made-to-order items.
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Sealed audio/video recordings or software once unsealed.
- Digital content supplied other than on a physical medium once download/streaming has begun with your consent.
7. Faulty Goods
If goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet contract requirements, you are entitled to remedies under UK/EU consumer law. Contact us for repair, replacement, or refund.
8. Returns Process
Email contact@gavori.co.uk to obtain a return authorisation and instructions. Returns should be sent to the address provided in the return instructions.
9. Complaints & Disputes
- Please contact us first at contact@gavori.co.uk.
- If we cannot resolve your complaint, UK consumers may use a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
- We are not obliged to use ADR, but will indicate if we agree to participate.
10. Governing Law
- For UK consumers, English law applies and you may bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
- EU consumers benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
