Cooling-off & Returns Period (UK & EU)

We offer a 30-day return period for most items, extended beyond the statutory 14 days.

You must notify us of your intention to return within 30 days of delivery.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of posting).

We refund the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery.

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
How to Return

Email contact@gavori.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Pack items securely, including all accessories and original packaging where possible.

Return to the address provided in your return authorisation email.
Exclusions (non-returnable items)
Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

Personalised or made-to-order items.

Sealed goods (e.g. hygiene products) that were unsealed after delivery.

Perishable or time-sensitive goods.

Sealed audio/video recordings or software once unsealed.

Digital content supplied other than on a physical medium, once download/streaming has begun with your consent.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, not as described, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

After 30 days, your statutory rights still apply, which may entitle you to repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the issue.
